In this new series we will essentially learn how to “level up” our capacity to love others and navigate the paradoxical effect that has on our own experience of happiness. This advice helps everyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, because it is practical and based on Buddha’s science of the mind and how it functions to produce all of our feelings and daily experiences. This is such a positive way to begin the new year because if we understand where happiness really comes from we can be confident that we will be happier this year than last year. How amazing!
