SUMMARY:Living Beyond Fear
DESCRIPTION:Is a life beyond fear even possible? \nAccording to Buddha\, fear arises from how we respond to our environment not from the environment itself. The fear and anxiety that we experience is therefore not inevitable. \nThrough the practice of meditation\, we can learn to work skillfully with our fear. Instead of allowing it to overwhelm us\, we learn to redirect it\, so that it moves us towards developing states of mind that naturally give rise to peace\, confidence and a strong sense of purpose. \nKelsang Dechok has studied and taught in both the US and the UK for many years. She was ordained in 2006 by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche\, and was requested to be the Resident Teacher of KMC Georgia in 2023.
