Friday, February 14th, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
In this Valentines Day Friday Night Lecture, we will learn four habits of happy people that can enrich our lives, bringing greater harmony into our relationships, and joy into our life. These four positive habits – gratitude, contentment, acceptance, and generosity – were taught by Buddha and are regarded as some of the most precious and valuable minds we can learn to develop and practice in our daily life.
After the lecture and meditation you have the opportunity to enjoy social time and pizza together in our Cafe. There is no need to book in advance for this Friday Night Lecture, but if you wish to stay for free pizza afterwards (we will also have complimentary tea and light snacks if you prefer), please book this online below (no payment required). The deadline for booking pizza is Thursday. To make sure we cater for the correct amount of people, please only book if you intend to stay afterwards for pizza and snacks.
