Buddha taught that each of us have within us an extraordinary potential for inner growth and transformation. This pure potentiality is utterly indestructible and exists amidst the negativity that often crowds our mind. When this potential meets the right conditions, all the qualities of enlightenment will awaken within us and we will experience pure, lasting happiness.

In this retreat, Gen Tashi will offer practical methods for us to begin training our mind to create the causes for this pure potential to ripen.

These methods will lead us to

In order to receive the links for the livestream sessions please register at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session. 

The video recordings of all sessions will be available for 72 hours. The link will be emailed on Sunday at the end of the event.

This event is taught by Gen Kelsang Tashi. Gen Kelsang Tashi is a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Miami. He has been practicing and teaching meditation in the Kadampa tradition for over 14 years. His gentle approach to meditation emphasizes the importance of keeping a happy and positive mind. He is appreciated for his clear, light-hearted and practical presentation of Buddhist teachings.
