• Buddhism 101: Meditations for Harmonious Relationships

    Tuesday, March 24th-Tuesday, April 21st, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

  • About This Event

Whether our life is enjoyable or not largely depends upon how harmonious and happy our relationships are with others. Difficult relationships can make us feel trapped and a source of mental pain. However, the opposite is true for harmonious relationships. In this series we look at meditations that open our heart so that we can experience peaceful, loving, and meaningful relationships with others.

You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend these meditation classes and they are attended by people from all walks of life. The classes include two guided meditations (15 minutes each) and a 30 minute talk related to the evenings topic. There is also the opportunity to ask questions and enjoy refreshments after the class.
