  • About This Event

    In this free evening public talk you can learn about the life of Buddha – who he was, the significance of his life and his life story, and how his teachings and meditations point the way for everyone to lead a peaceful, happy, and meaningful life. Following on from this public talk, on Tuesday January 13th, we will be beginning a new six week “Buddhism 101” series of meditation classes. Everyone is welcome to attend!

  • The Teacher

    This event is taught by Gen Kelsang Chodor. Our resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Chodor, is a western Buddhist Monk. Ordained in 2001, he is a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has studied and practiced Buddhism for many years. He is much loved for his relaxed and gentle nature and teaches with great clarity, insight and wisdom, skillfully guiding people to inner peace and happiness in their lives.
