Many people spend their whole life waiting for “others” to change and to become who we think they should be. This approach always fails\, and the result is friction and disharmony. Whether our relationships are healthy and nourishing depends primarily on our own attitude rather than the other people. In this way we develop agency to transform our relationships into opportunities for inner development and huge positive change for both ourself and others.
