SUMMARY:Developing Concentration in an Age of Distraction
DESCRIPTION:Special Weekend Retreat with Gen Samten Kelsang\, the Resident Teacher of KMC New York. \nThe main focus will be on how to develop concentration\, meditative stabilization\, and eventually tranquil abiding on immeasurable love. It will cover what loving kindness is\, how to generate and maintain it in analytical and placement meditation\, and meditation tools to deepen our experience of this practice.
