  • About This Event

This special weekend meditation retreat will begin with the deeply relaxing and profoundly illuminating meditations on the nature of the mind – or Mahamudra. These simple and inspiring meditations have been practiced for centuries, enabling anyone to experience the natural clarity and peace of their own mind. Through training in Mahamudra meditation we can discover our potential for genuine peace of mind and find inner freedom from anxiety, fear, and other painful emotions.

In the second part of this retreat, after our mind has settled through Mahamudra meditation, we will focus on the meditations on the wisdom of the true nature of reality. These meditations dissolve the illusion of the ego, a separate sense of self, which causes us to feel isolated, anxious, and disconnected from others. Through discovering our true nature we dissolve the barriers between self and other, increase our love, and discover a boundless source of peace from within.
