Buddha’s teachings on karma give us the power to change our life, not just in the future, but right now, immediately. By showing clearly how our experiences arise from our intentions and actions (karma), we are given the tools to create the life we want.
This series is designed to help us understand our karma- and consequently our life- as something dynamic and changeable as opposed to fixed and stuck. Taking this insight to heart through meditation is deeply empowering and opens up a whole new creative and joyful way of being.
Part 2 of this series will also go into more detail on how we can sow seeds of future good fortune, through our thoughts and actions, and how understanding karma gives us the ability to transform even difficult situations and past experiences into something positive. Drop in for a class or try all four sessions. These classes are stand-alone in nature. Everyone welcome!
