  • About This Event

Meditation transforms our mind into a positive state and improves the quality of our life on many levels – our relationships, our family, our work, and our physical and emotional well being.

In this weekend meditation retreat we will learn a series of heartfelt meditations that awaken our loving kindness, compassion, and wisdom, and enable us to reach our highest spiritual goals. These ancient meditations are steeped in Buddhist wisdom and are perfectly suited to modern life – helping us to build a foundation of inner peace within our busy & often stressful lives.

Meditation subjects covered on this retreat will include karma, life after death, impermanence, love, compassion and Buddhist wisdom. This retreat is perfect for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of Buddhist philosophy, the Buddhist way of life, and how to develop a powerful daily meditation practice.
