These ancient meditations are steeped in Buddhist wisdom and are perfectly suited to modern life – helping us to build a foundation of inner peace within our busy & often stressful lives.
Meditation subjects covered on this retreat will include karma, life after death, impermanence, love, compassion and Buddhist wisdom. This retreat is perfect for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of Buddhist philosophy, the Buddhist way of life, and how to develop a powerful daily meditation practice.
