How to Meditate on the Perfection of Giving – A Meditation Workshop
Saturday, March 20th, 10:00 am - 12:15 pm
About This Event
Join us for a delightful and deeply meaningful workshop in which both new and experienced practitioners will enhance their meditation practice. A clear and concise explanation will be given of how to contemplate and to find your object of meditation. Since the object or your meditation is a virtuous one by mixing your mind with it you will experience a sense of well-being that will help you both in and out of the meditation session.
