Beginner Meditation Workshop
Effort is a mind that delights in virtuous practice and it makes our mind happy to engage in virtuous actions. By applying effort in our meditation we develop a mental suppleness making our meditations easy, effective, and immensely joyful.
Join us for a delightful and deeply meaningful workshop in which both new and experienced practitioners will enhance their meditation practice.

This event is taught by Graham Cox . Graham is a student in the Foundation Program at KMC Florida and he exemplifies Buddhist practice in a very joyful way, having a great enthusiasm for meditation practice. Married with two children, Graham is a wonderful example of how to integrate Buddhist teachings and meditation practice into busy modern daily life.
