The NKT-IKBU International Summer Festival 2021, July 30 – August 14 – two weeks of inspiring empowerments and teachings from the two most senior Teachers in NKT, with a short retreat in each week – a rare and precious opportunity to enjoy the essential practices of Modern Kadampa Buddhism  wherever you are in the world.

Week 1: July 30 – August 4
The Heart Practice

Week 2: August 6 – 14 
Awakening our Buddha Nature

• Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments of Heruka and Vajrayogini
  With Gen-la Kelsang Jampa, NKT-IKBU Deputy Spiritual Director

You’re invited to join in a unique online festival experience at the Kadampa Meditation Center in Sarasota, FL!

Join your Kadampa family for the International Summer Festival Empowerments and Teachings at KMC Florida! Please note that the empowerment, teachings, and retreat will be available ONLINE only.

• Participate and engage in the full ritual of the HYT Empowerment of Vajrayogini and Heruka just as if you were at Manjushri KMC!
• Connect with your Sangha friends in-person

The empowerments and teachings will be livestreamed at the Temple.  The Empowerments will be LIVE with no recording. Please arrive 30 minutes before the Empowerments and be sure to have your Summer Festival Registration with you. You can bring your own offering or we will have offerings available for purchase before the event.

• Heruka Empowerment Preparation with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa (Friday, August 6, 2021: 4 - 6pm)
• Heruka Empowerment with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa (Saturday, August 7, 2021: 10am- 12pm)
• Heruka Empowerment with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa with Assembly of Good Fortune Tsog Offering (Saturday, August 7, 2021: 4-6:30pm)
• Vajrayogini Empowerment with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa (Sunday, August 8, 2021: 10am - 1pm)
