Joyful Transformation: Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni
and Teachings on the Union of Emptiness and Love

The Buddha Shakyamuni empowerment is a beautiful and inspiring guided meditation that helps us to begin to experience our potential for profound healing, change and growth. In the following commentary we will learn how to bring about this change through the practice known as ‘exchanging self with others’ highlighting how understanding emptiness enables a profound empathy, love and compassion. Through this we will generate the actual causes of our own future enlightenment, known as the two bodhichittas.
