  • About This Event

On this half day course we will explore how, from a Buddhist perspective, we can lead a happy and meaningful life so that when the time of our death arrives, we can transition into our next life very peacefully and without regrets. Advice will be given on how to prepare for death and to help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, death can become a positive and transformative experience.
