    – Nagarjuna, quoted in How to Understand the Mind by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

This relaxing three-day teaching event (open to everyone from beginners to advanced meditators) will introduce the practice of the “six perfections” – training in giving, moral discipline, patience, effort, meditation, and wisdom, with a motivation to realize our limitless potential. We should recognize that the six perfections are our daily practice. These practices are a special method to benefit others while also making our own life very happy and meaningful.
