Meditation In the Garden (In Person Attendance)

About This Event
Please join us to start your morning off with a 30 minute fresh air guided meditation in Kadampa Meditation Center Florida’s Beautiful Gardens, followed by an opportunity for social time. Develop a peaceful and happy state of mind that you can carry with you throughout the day and connect with spiritual friends.
Instructions for Attendance
> Anyone who wishes to attend in person, must pre-register using the booking form below on this page. Walk-ins will not be accepted, so please register in advance.
> Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. If a class registration fills up, you can use our registration system to pre-register for a future class.
> Please register by 10:30pm on Wednesday evening before the class for a smooth check-in process.
> Once you register, we will email you with important information explaining our protocols and guidelines for in-person classes that we require you to read before attending class.
> Please bring whatever you need : sun hat ,water, hand sanitizers, maskVisitor Guidelines
Visitors are asked to refrain from registering if, over the last 14 days, they have had symptoms of or tested positive with COVID-19, been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have traveled from certain states that are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine. We kindly ask that you reschedule your visit to a later date.
Out of consideration for others all visitors on KMC Florida property are required to wear a mask and maintain 6 feet of social distancing at all times.
The Teacher
This event is taught by Elizabeth Barrett. Elizabeth Barrett has been practicing Kadampa Buddhism for over 10 years and is a senior student at KMC Florida. Elizabeth teaches through her own experience and provides great encouragement in practicing Dharma.
Cost
