Meditation transforms our mind into a positive state and improves the quality of our life on many levels – our relationships, our family, our work, and our physical and emotional well being.
In this series we will be learning a sequence of meditations, from the book “How To Transform Your Life” (part one) by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, that awaken our loving kindness, compassion, and wisdom, and enable us to reach our highest spiritual goals. These ancient yet highly relevant meditations are steeped in Buddhist wisdom and are perfectly suited to modern life – helping us to build a foundation of inner peace within our busy & often stressful lives.
The video recordings of the class will be available for 24 hours after it is live streamed for all those who register. A link will be email after the class is complete
