Everyone is welcome to Kadampa Meditation Center Florida to celebrate the New Year in a meaningful and unforgettable way! Our special New Year’s Eve celebration is a great opportunity for us to conclude 2019 as we wish to continue in 2020 – with a peaceful heart and loving mind filled with good intentions and inspiration.
The evening will start with a fun and informative tour of the Kadampa World Peace Temple, to help new people to orientate themselves, followed by a guided meditation by the Resident Teacher Gen Chodor.
After this there is time to socialize in the friendly and peaceful atmosphere of KMC Florida with vegetarian potluck snacks and refreshments (bring your own favorite vegetarian snack!). Leading into the New Year will be a very blessed and traditional Buddhist meditation practice for World Peace guided by Gen Chodor. This event is open to everyone and is an ideal event for friends & family to celebrate the New Year in a truly meaningful and heart touching way.
