  • About This Event

Retreat requirements: This retreat is OPEN to those who have a sincere wish to receive a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment in the near future (or who already have a Highest Tantra empowerment). If you are unsure please contact us for more information.

The oral instructions of Mahamudra are a traditional series of meditations, motivated by compassion for others, that lead us to experience more subtle and peaceful states of mind. Practised by millions of people over many generations, they guide us on a journey home, into our heart, where we can realize our very subtle mind, called the “clear light of bliss”. Like the sun dispels darkness, the clear light of bliss has enormous power to dissolve away our deluded and negative ways of thinking.

Through Mahamudra meditation, in particular meditation on the channels and winds of our subtle body, we can manifest our clear light mind, experience its essential purity, and quickly develop great power to heal ourselves and others in the world.
