Perfection of Kindness
Beginner Meditation Workshop
Join us for a delightful and deeply meaningful workshop in which both new and experienced practitioners will enhance their meditation practice. A clear and concise explanation will be given of how to contemplate and to find your object of meditation. Since the object or your meditation is a virtuous one by mixing your mind with it you will experience a sense of well-being that will help you both in and out of the meditation session. In particular through becoming familiar with the practice of loving kindness, you will learn how it is possible to maintain a loving and considerate mind even with difficult or challenging people.
The video recordings of this lecture will be available for 48 hours after it is live streamed for all those who register. A link will be emailed after the class is complete
