It’s easy to miss out on fully enjoying our life, through worrying about the past or a future that may never happen. Buddha discovered scientific methods to help us to identify, reduce, and eradicate worry. He also identified the scientific methods to cause all our problems to cease and that lead to profound states of happiness. In this public talk Gen Chodor will explain how we can use these special methods to let go of worry so that we can lead a happy and meaningful life.
This event is taught by Gen Kelsang Chodor. Our resident teacher, Kelsang Chodor, is a western Buddhist Monk. Ordained in 2001, he is a close disciple of Geshe-la and has studied and practised Buddhism for many years.
