To make spiritual progress we need both happiness and strength of mind. If we are tight or too serious in daily practice or meditation, we just stay stuck with spiritual knowledge and not real experience.
During this in-depth series, Gen Gomlam will explain how the practice of Heart Jewel can help us to overcome obstacles and difficulties on the spiritual path. This practice also helps us to develop compassion, wisdom, and spiritual strength. Combining visualization, mantra recitation, and space for quiet contemplation this, Heart Jewel has
been used by sincere practitioners of Kadampa Buddhism for centuries to help them become better people and bring more benefit and peace to themselves and others.
