Our Kadampa Buddhism study programs give people the opportunity to engage in a more in-depth and structured approach to the practices of meditation and Buddhism. Through following traditional methods of study we can gain a deeper understanding of the meaning of Buddha’s teachings, develop a powerful meditation practice, and bring about a positive transformation in our mind. The programs can be joined at any point and not necessarily at the beginning of a new course. The Teacher Training Program is for those people who wish to build a solid foundation and experience of Buddhist teachings – including karma, life after death, impermanence, loving kindness, compassion and wisdom and who wish to become qualified Kadampa Buddhist Teachers. If you are interested in joining Foundation Program live stream classes please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This event is taught by Gen Dorje. Gen Dorje has been studying and practicing Buddhism for over 20 years under the guidance of his teacher Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition. Gen Dorje is admired for his warmth and humor in making Buddha’s teachings relevant to the modern world. He is an inspiring example of how to integrate Buddha’s teachings into a joyful life.
