About This Event
The Art of Transforming Adversity
Every living being has the same basic wish – to be happy and to avoid suffering. But how are we able to do this, when life can be so difficult at times? Can our loneliness, fears, obstacles, and worries themselves be fuel for our growth and development?
Buddha teaches that in order to change our world, we first have to examine and change our own mind. Contained within Buddha’s teachings is a special set of instructions called Lojong, or Training the Mind, which show us how to transform whatever circumstances we meet, whether good or bad, into opportunities for spiritual growth.
The video recordings of the class will be available for 48 hours after it is live streamed for all those who register. A link will be email after the class is complete.
