Finding Peace: Meditation and Your Inner Health
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation as the problem, but in reality, whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind. Therefore, to be free from problems, we must transform our mind.
Buddha taught that of all the negative states of mind, anger is the most harmful. However, if anger is not recognized, it becomes a poison that destroys our inner peace and happiness and interferes with our relationships.
In these inspiring classes, we will explore the mind of anger and how it controls our mind and our lives. Through the practice of meditation, you will transform the energy of anger into a creative response that opens us up to resolutions and new possibilties.
