Pujas (Chanted Meditation)
Each day chanted meditations, or pujas, are held in the Center. A puja is a chance to focus our mind and use our speech in a beneficial way. It’s also an opportunity to receive the blessings of the holy beings and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere in the meditation rooms. You are welcome to join most of these. Please check the website for time, place and duration of each session. Exceptions are Quick Path, Dakini Yoga and Self Initiation which are only open to those who have specific empowerments.
