If our mind is peaceful we are free from worries and mental discomfort and we will experience true happiness and relaxation. Often we do not know how to develop a peaceful and relaxed mind. In this workshop we will be introduced to simple yet profound meditation techniques. If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer form of happiness.
