All of Buddha’s teachings are included within a sequence of meditations called the “Lamrim”. Through gaining experience of these meditations we overcome our faults, solve our daily problems and draw closer to enlightenment. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to gain or deepen our experience of the Buddhist path to enlightenment. This retreat will help us understand how to enter, make progress on and complete the entire spiritual path. Schedule will be posted online.

If you are interested in attending the retreat, we encourage you to come to the public talk on Friday, August 25th, called Choose Happiness with Kelsang Chopag from 7pm – 8:30pm

If you are unable to attend the retreat, please join us for Prayers for World Peace with Kelsang Chopag from 10am to 11:30am. It is always a special treat to have a guest teacher lead a meditation class.
