Gen Kelsang Gomlam

Gen Gomlam is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. She has been studying, practicing and teaching Kadam Dharma for many years. Gen Gomlam’s heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone. Through her loving kindness, sincere concern for others, and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Gomlam provides an inspiring example of someone who has taken Buddha’s teachings to heart.

Kelsang Gewang

Gewang has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years and is in the Teacher Training Program. She presents the teachings in a clear and heartfelt way, helping students connect to the meaning and practical applications of Kadam Dharma.

Elizabeth Barrett

Elizabeth is a student of the Teacher Training Program and a deeply loved and respected long time member of the Kadampa Buddhist community here in Sarasota. She shares Buddha’s teachings in a practical and compassionate way.

Samir Hanna

Samir is currently a student of the Teacher Training Program. He presents Buddha’s teachings with great enthusiasm and humor in a sincere manner. He shares his experiences of putting the teachings into practice with a warm, gentle, loving heart.

Trina Schwartz

Trina is studying in the Foundation Program. She enjoys studying Buddha’s teachings and is enthusiastic about applying Dharma to her life, understanding how it has helped to heal her relationships. She is lighthearted and sincere in her wishes for others to be happy.

Sandy Tracey

Sandy is a student of the Foundation Program and a long term practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism here in Sarasota. She presents Buddha’s teaching in a warm and compassionate way giving practical advice on how to integrate these timeless teachings into our daily lives.

Kelsang Varahi

Varahi is studying on the Teacher Training Program and has a wish to inspire others through her love of Buddha’s teachings. She hopes everyone will benefit and transform their lives into peaceful, joyful states by integrating the teachings into their lives.
