The Power of Quiet Retreat

With a half-day silent retreat

In our busy modern lives there is so much distraction, both inside our minds and surrounding us, that it is rare to have the opportunity to be quiet and go inside to gently balance and re-energize ourselves. During this half-day retreat, we will explore the benefits of silence combined with meditation. This is a powerful method to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as, increasing our sense of well-being and inner peace. 

Friday night will introduce the Saturday Retreat. But it also serves as a standalone class that will be helpful regardless of meditation experience.
