If someone asked you how many thoughts out of 10 do you actually choose to think?

What would your answer be? Most of us are completely unaware of how uncontrolled

our mind actually is. Using Buddhist wisdom we can learn how to reverse this normal

predicament so that we actually begin to “choose” our thoughts and control our own

mind. And as a result we begin to experience a deep happiness and contentment that

enables us to cope more effectively with the challenges of daily life.
