We will explore the benefits of silence combined with meditation as powerful method to
reduce stress and anxiety, as well as increasing your sense of well-being and inner
peace. In our busy modern lives there is so much distraction, both inside our minds
and surrounding us that it is rare to have the opportunity to be quiet and go inside to
gently balance and re-energize yourself.
This evening will compliment the “Digital Detox Meditation Retreat”
the following day, but is a stand alone class that will be helpful for everyone
regardless of meditation experience.
