We all know on one level that anger is damaging to our own and others’ peace of mind. But often our relationship difficulties persist even though we may feel that “we no longer get angry.”
Why is this?
It is because this familiar negative habit is still embedded in subtle ways in many of our interactions with others and even with respect to ourself so that we still experience conflict and unhappiness in our daily life.
We need to see how anger disguises itself and continues to destroy our relationships as feelings of frustration, irritation, disappointment, discouragement and depression. These common experiences are in reality, expressions of anger. If we want to be truly happy and free from problems we need to learn to identify this painful habit and transform our mind into healthier ways of responding to unwanted circumstances and unfulfilled desires.
Everyone Welcome!
