This retreat will give us the opportunity to learn how to really open our heart to others through developing our own mental capacity for love, compassion and wisdom. Most of our problems are coming from deeply ingrained self-centered habits of mind. However, through training the mind using this timeless wisdom we can start to replace those painful habits with the healthy, positive attitudes of unconditional love and authentic compassion that will give us the happiness and confidence we desire. How wonderful!
The meditations will be based on the text: The New Eight Steps to Happiness, by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
