In this special weekend event, we will explore very accessible and practical Buddhist wisdom, known as the six perfections. The six perfections of giving, moral discipline, patience, effort, concentration, and wisdom are a main practice of a Bodhisattva, someone who has a strong aspiration to fully realize their own human potential in order to benefit others with their every thought and action. By training in this way, we can create and stabilize new positive mental habits that can transform our life, bring benefit to ourselves and others, and make our own life very happy and meaningful.
For maximum benefit, feel welcome to attend the entire weekend. However, each day is stand-alone in nature, so feel welcome to drop in to what works for you!
