In this half-day silent retreat we will enjoy guided meditations on the clarity of our mind and our own natural inner peace. This inner peace is the real source of all our pleasant feelings or happiness. And yet most of us have never learned to tap into it. This is a powerful way to increase your confidence in meditation. Our retreat is appropriate for every level of meditator, but it is especially designed for those who are just beginning.
