Happiness from the Inside Out

Happiness from the Inside Out

Beginner Meditation Retreat with Gen Lhadron

Join us for a joyful and inspiring weekend meditation retreat exploring practical methods for creating happiness.

We often hear that happiness comes from within, but what does that really mean, and how do we do it? Buddhist philosophy offers clear, practical tools for developing inner peace and well-being, the true foundations of a happy life. During this retreat, we will explore the inner causes of happiness and learn how our own mind can either nurture or undermine it.

Usually, we believe our happiness depends on people, circumstances, or good conditions. When things go well, we feel happy; when they don’t, we suffer. But a happiness that depends on external conditions is fragile and easily lost. Through meditation and reflection, we will learn how to gently loosen this dependence and discover a more stable, reliable source, inner peace and our own love for others.

In this way we create positive feelings that no one can take away. Everyone welcome!
