Love brings peace, joy, meaning, and connection to our lives. We all wish to experience enduring love whether it be between partners, family or close friends. But how do we maintain this harmony in our relationships? How do we avoid our relationships sliding into fault-finding and resentment, or even indifference? In this retreat, Sarah Frew will introduce us to special meditations and insights that will help us train in a wisdom-based love that lays the foundation for a truly joyful and meaningful approach to our relationships with others.
*Sarah Frew is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Tampa Bay.
