Overcoming stress means more than coping. It means discovering the root causes of feeling overwhelmed and making an inner shift to wiser more confident attitudes. Meditation is the practice of this inner shift to a more peaceful and constructive way of dealing with everyday life. Through training in meditation we develop the confidence that even if things don’t go well out there, I will be ok inside. We will find in our own experience that in any situation the most important thing to control is our mind. Ultimately, it is our mind that determines whether we are happy or miserable.
No previous meditation experience is needed. Everyone is welcome!
