Join Gen Lhadron for a special retreat dedicated to deepening concentration through the practice of Tranquil Abiding. With only brief introductory guidance at the beginning of each session, participants will have the opportunity to engage in extended meditation periods of up to 45 minutes, working with a meditation object of their own choosing.
This retreat is open to everyone, regardless of whether you participated in the Tranquil Abiding Challenge. While the retreat is especially suitable for those wishing to strengthen their concentration practice, meditators of all levels are welcome to attend and use the day to develop greater focus, clarity, and inner peace.

- Session 2: 11:15am – 12:15pm
- Lunch: 12:15 – 1:15pm
- Session 3: 1:15 – 2:15pm
- Session 4 + Q&A : 3:00 – 4:15pm
