What happens when we train in the same meditation object every day, even for a short time?
Join Gen Lhadron for an introduction to Tranquil Abiding, in which she will explain some specific techniques to train in concentration. In this way we can assess our level of concentration and progress along the stages of Tranquil Abiding. After the introductory class, participants will choose a meditation object and commit to practicing with it daily for two weeks, gradually deepening their familiarity and focus.
The challenge begins with a Wednesday evening introduction and concludes with a one-day retreat on June 27. Everyone is welcome to attend the introduction and decide afterward whether they would like to participate in the full challenge.
