About This Event
Create inner space in your mind during your lunch break! These lunchtime meditations taught by teachers of KMC Florida are suitable for everyone. They consist of a short talk on meditation followed by a guided meditation to set you up nicely for a tranquil day.
Join us afterwards for lunch in our World Peace Cafe! Lunch is available for purchase at check in and will be served after the class.
