In this highly anticipated meditation event, through a talk and guided meditation, Kadam Lucy will help us to establish a peaceful place in our mind, a place of inner refuge. Through this we will start not only to release our painful or disturbed thoughts and emotions, but also to respond confidently and creatively to situations that normally make us anxious. We will see how we can live fearlessly and with joy, and also be of real benefit to others, especially when surrounded by challenging situations.
